You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup by the next business day from our warehouse in Mount Kuring-gai. Pickup is available 8AM-4PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Collect Your Order

Park in our Contactless Click & Collect area with your vehicle's boot open and call 9457 7677 to speak to our team. We will deliver your order to your car. Please have a form of ID ready to present.

Yes, it's free to collect your order!

How long does it take for my order to be ready for collection?

If you order before 8AM your order may be ready the same business day, otherwise it will be ready the next business day. You will receive an email and SMS to the details submitted in the checkout when completing your order

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

Please bring a valid form of ID. We will require your to present it at the window inside your vehicle. To avoid contact please remain inside your vehicle with your window closed.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. Please place their name in the comment section of your order. They will be required to show ID upon collection.

How long are orders kept for collection?

We will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days unless contacted prior.

Can I choose what day I collect my order?

Yes, if you would like to fetch the order on a particular day please state in the comment section of checkout. Please note that pickup is only available Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM (excluding public holidays)
