Delivery Fees and Times for Christmas Period (December)
For Single and Volume Orders
- Please allow extra time and an earlier date when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
- We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, for orders placed after December 11, 2007.
- When placing you order, please allow 3-4 days (single orders only) for your order to be packaged and shipped.
- When specifying your delivery date, please be aware that couriers are carrying a greater amount of deliveries during this extremely busy period.
- Whilst we are able to accomodate specific dates for delivery, we ask that you please choose appropriate freight option and delivery.
- Please refer above for delivery charges for single orders.
We can arrange express delivery to anywhere in Australia. Extra costs will apply.
Please ask one of our staff for a quotation on bulk deliveries as charges can be considerably reduced.

Delivery Information
- Our couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday only. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
- Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. If a gift worth giving is charged a re-delivery fee by one of our couriers because of inaccurate delivery details, that charge will be passed onto you.
- Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
- Please note, we cannot accept a specified delivery time.(eg 3.00pm)
- We believe that we have employed excellent delivery companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service.But there may be times when despite our best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. For this reason our delivery tables and guides can be our best estimate only.
- If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the hamper a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery at no cost to him or her.
- All cancellation of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inform a gift worth giving if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
- If instructed, we will leave the hamper with a neighbour or alternatively leave it in a safe place.
