At checkout upon entering the shipping details you are able to receive an estimated delivery time. You are also able to specify your preferred delivery date. If you have a preferred delivery date we always recommend ordering earlier. Please note that the expected delivery times in checkout are estimates only and while we will do our utmost to deliver your hamper on your preferred date, due to external logistical factors we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.

To have your gift delivered SAME DAY to Sydney areas mentioned your order must be placed by 10:30 a.m. AEST (Monday to Friday, excludes public holidays)
To have your gift delivered NEXT DAY your order must be placed by 2:00 pm AEST (Monday to Friday, excludes public holidays)

We cannot guarantee same day or next day delivery. We can guarantee your gift will be dispatched in line with the same day or next day service policy. Once the gift leaves our premises any delays in the gift being delivered are out of the control of A Gift Worth Giving
Couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday ONLY. Packages cannot be delivered at a specified time. Deliveries are unable to be made on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Please note that should the intended recipient not be available, the parcel shall be signed by reception or the mail room where available.
Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. Should re-delivery be required, an additional charge will be incurred.
Gifts that are going to remote areas can incur additional delivery charges.
Hospitals, Universities and large complexes: To ensure correct delivery and avoid redelivery charges, please ensure that you add the room or suite number including the ward/department in the delivery address details!
Sydney Metropolitan, Central Coast, Blue Mountains & Wollongong Recipients - If recipient is not available to receive item, a calling card will be left and the recipient will need to call the courier during business hours to arrange a convenient time for item to be redelivered.
All States & Greater NSW Recipients - If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the hamper a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange to collect the gift from their local post office at their convenience.
If the delivery address is a hospital and the recipient is discharged before delivery is made the recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery which will incur an extra charge to the purchaser.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform a gift worth giving if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If instructed, we will leave the hamper with a neighbour or alternatively leave it in a safe place.
A Gift Worth Giving is not responsible for the gift delivery. We believe that we have employed excellent delivery companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service. However, there may be times when despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. For this reason our delivery tables and guides can be our best estimate only.
All cancellation of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
Regional Areas - Please allow a few extra days for delivery due to the timing for items to reach these locations. Due to Startrack's current logistics network and partnership with Australia Post, your order may be transferred to Australia post for delivery. Please note some regional areas in Australia do not have a postal service and therefore delivery to their address is not available. In such cases, as with regular post collection, the recipient will be required to pick up the gift from their nearest post office. Please check with your recipient prior to ordering.
